\"\u521d\u7ea7\u533b\u7597\u5229\u7528\u548c\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u57fa\u91d1\"\uff08Primacy Care Utilisation and Modernisation Fund\uff09\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684 25 \u4e07\u82f1\u9551\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7d22\u6069\u4f2f\u91cc\uff08Thornbury\uff09\u7684\u5723\u739b\u4e3d\u8857\u5168\u79d1\u533b\u751f\u8bca\u6240\uff08St Mary Street GP Practice\uff09\u5c06\u8fdb\u884c\u6269\u5efa\u3002.<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u7b14\u8d44\u91d1\u5c06\u7528\u4e8e\u5229\u7528\u8bca\u6240\u9694\u58c1\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a7a\u7f6e\u5546\u4e1a\u5355\u5143\uff0c\u4e3a\u75c5\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u989d\u5916\u7684\u8bca\u7597\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u4e09\u95f4\u75c5\u4eba\u8bca\u5ba4\u3002.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u82f1\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u7cfb\u7edf\u5e03\u91cc\u65af\u6258\u5c14\u3001\u5317\u8428\u9ed8\u585e\u7279\u548c\u5357\u683c\u6d1b\u65af\u7279\u90e1\u7efc\u5408\u534f\u8c03\u5c40\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u5927\u536b-\u8d3e\u52d2\u7279\uff08David
