Rosi is a registered nurse and was previously Chief Nursing Officer for NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB. Before this, she was Director of Nursing and Quality at NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
Prior to joining the CCG, Rosi was a Deputy Director of Nursing for NHS England and Improvement, where she worked across the southern region on a range of portfolio areas, including quality improvement in primary care, safeguarding, and Continuing Health Care, and she was the carers lead for the south of England. Earlier in her career, Rosi held a variety of senior roles in health and social care across Gloucestershire, with a focus on the delivery of integration.
