An award-winning approach to reaching underserved communities in Bristol during the Covid-19 pandemic was recognised by Bristol city councillors.
The approach involved offering vaccinations in mosques, temples, churches and workplaces where other health advice was also offered such as registering with a GP practice.
Members of the Health and Wellbeing board discussed vaccine uptake with members of the BNSSG vaccination programme last week, which was reported in the local news media.
