South Bristol Locality Partnership Development Session
News update from the Innovate Healthier Together Programme.
As part of the Innovate Healthier Together (IHT) Programme we are committed to engaging with a diverse range of organisations across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire to support colleagues working at a local level to co-design innovative solutions which truly meet the needs of their populations.
The Innovate Healthier Together Team partnered with South Bristol Locality Partnership to support them in facilitating a design thinking workshop with the goal of first understanding challenges faced by communities across South Bristol and considering solutions to those challenges in the form of ‘community hub’ opportunities.
This face-to-face workshop used design thinking tools and was supported by the West of England Academy and NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB Transformation Hub colleagues who had previously undertaken innovation training as part of the Innovate Healthier Together Programme, providing them with an opportunity to apply their newly developed knowledge and skills.
