Our Integrated Care System Strategy and Joint Forward Plan are now available to view:
Both documents are fundamental in setting out our vision and plans for delivering on the four national aims of integrated care systems. They are:
- Improve outcomes in population health and healthcare
- Tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience and access
- Enhance productivity and value for money
- Help the NHS support broader social and economic development.
The content of the Strategy and Joint Forward Plan has been based on a number of key sources of insight and intelligence, including Have Your Say and Our Future Health.
