An exciting new community of innovation pioneers and change-makers is forming to reimagine local health and care services as part of the Innovate Healthier Together programme.

The Innovate Healthier Together Programme is delighted to share an exciting and innovative project to better support people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at home and help reduce unnecessary hospital admissions during the busy winter months.

In February 2024, the Innovate Healthier Together programme launched the first in its series of monthly lunch-and-learns.

The Innovate Healthier Together Team partnered with South Bristol Locality Partnership to support them in facilitating a design thinking workshop with the goal of understanding challenges faced by local communities and considering solutions to those challenges.

One of the key objectives of Innovate Healthier Together is to develop the local innovation talent pool. With the support of colleagues from the West of England Academy we have curated a three-part accredited Innovate Healthier Together Development Programme.

Innovate Healthier Together is an exciting new programme to accelerate the adoption and spread of innovation across our Integrated Care System (ICS).
