Our Integrated Care System Strategy and Joint Forward Plan are now available to view:

• Our Joint Forward Plan

Both documents are fundamental in setting out our vision and plans for delivering on the four national aims of integrated care systems. They are:

• Improve outcomes in population health and healthcare
• Tackle inequalities in outcomes, experience and access
• Enhance productivity and value for money
• Help the NHS support broader social and economic development.

The content of the Strategy and Joint Forward Plan has been based on a number of key sources of insight and intelligence, including Have Your Say 和 Our Future Health.
