Members of the public are welcome to attend the November Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) Board meeting, which will take place in person.

The meeting will take place on Thursday 12 November at 1:30 to 4pm.

Questions should be brief and relevant to general health, care and well-being. Please do not raise personal or individual issues, as we will not be able to answer these in a public forum.

Questions and statements must be submitted 5 working days before the meeting. Statements, questions and answers will be published on the website alongside minutes from the meeting.
