为离开照护机构的年轻人提供免费处方药

We are committed to improving the support provided to young people leaving care in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

As part of this commitment, the Integrated Care Board now offers free prescriptions to eligible care leavers aged 18 until their 25^th birthday.

To access the service, eligible care leavers need to apply for a certificate which can be shown to pharmacists when collecting prescriptions.
