You and your general practice is an NHS guide that tells you what to expect from your general practice and how you can help them, so you get the best from their services.
If you would like to give feedback or raise a concern about any aspect of your general practice, you can speak to a member of the practice team. Each practice is required to have their own complaints procedure. They are best placed to answer your concerns, therefore we recommend you contact them direct about the service you received.
