Support for neurodivergent adults

Many people prefer to self-manage their needs as a neurodivergent adult, but there may be points in your life when you need some extra help. That might just mean reading some helpful information and guidance. It could be attending a peer support group or talking to an autism expert via a helpline. Some people may need more intensive support and specialist care.

Neurodivergent adults may be living with one or more neurodevelopmental conditions. These include autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and Tourette’s syndrome.

This website focuses on autism and ADHD, because local reviews have identified a need for improved access to information and support on those conditions. However, this section of our site also includes links to information on other conditions, to support Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire’s wider neurodivergent community.
