If you want to know which vaccinations you have already had, please contact your local GP surgery and ask for your vaccination record. You may be able to ask them to add your vaccination record to your NHS App.
This chart shows the routine vaccinations given in England. It includes the vaccine name, the age that you should have it, the diseases each vaccine protects against and in which part of the body the vaccine is usually given.
