As an Integrated Care System (ICS), we have put sustainability at the core of our aims and objectives. This plan sets out the commitments we have made to deliver three key outcomes for our population.
This plan was developed at pace during the Covid-19 pandemic with less organisational and public engagement than we would have liked.
Since the initial plan was approved in March 2022 we have engaged widely with stakeholders to develop this revised version.
This ICS plan covers three main areas:

- Our collaborative intent
- Assurance and delivery
