Joint Transition Committee Terms of Reference
The purpose of the Joint Transition Committee is to manage the safe and coherent transition from the current Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire and Gloucestershire ICBs’ state to the future ICBs’ state. It makes key decisions to enable this transition and provides assurance to the Boards that appropriate activities are being undertaken.
