BNSSG Healthier Together

Launching the Innovate Healthier Together Fellowship

Update from the Innovate Healthier Together Programme.

On Wednesday 1 May, the Innovate Healthier Together (IHT) programme is launching its fellowship, a space where health and care professionals across all disciplines have time to remove themselves from the operational pressures of their roles to think creatively and reimagine how we deliver health and care services to the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire population.

The fellowship is available for all health and care staff across medical, nursing and allied health professional disciplines, operational managers, commissioners, procurement and contracting experts, executive and non-executive leaders and voluntary and not-for-profit organisations. We also welcome clinical and academic entrepreneurs, start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and established companies and manufacturers.

The objectives of the day will be to:

  • Connect with people with an enthusiasm for innovation
  • Share research undertaken on current attitudes and culture of innovation in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire
  • Co-design a road map for collaboration across the Fellowship – actively translating ideas into action.

This will also be a space where innovators who are looking for support to enter the health and care marketplace and who have ideas, products and services that address NHS and social care priority needs can talk with academics, researchers, health and care experts and decision makers.

If you would like to attend, please register on the Health Innovation West of England Website.
