Alison is an experienced Board-level Director with extensive Executive and Non-Executive experience across the NHS and the charitable sector.

She has led major strategic, transformational and organisational programmes at system, regional and local levels, including within Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset.

Alison is passionate about the need for delivering measurable outcomes, improving service quality, strengthening system integration, advancing population health, and reducing health inequalities.

With a clinical background in nursing and a Masters Degree in Management, Alison brings a strong people-centred perspective, combining compassionate leadership with a system-wide evidence-based approach that focuses on real-world impact for individuals, communities and the workforce.

Alison is also an accredited Independent Executive Coach, supporting leaders to achieve personal growth, enhance their effectiveness and achieve their objectives.
