Jo Hicks joined NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB in February 2023 and brings over 25 years’ experience in leading and driving change across large organisations as a workforce, leadership and organisational development specialist.
Before joining the ICB, Jo was Deputy Chief People Officer and Director of Strategy, Leadership and Belonging at the Ministry of Justice.
