Clustering arrangements with NHS Gloucestershire ICB

From 1 April 2026, NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB and NHS Gloucestershire ICB established a Joint Cluster Board, operating as a committee of both ICB Boards.

The Joint Cluster Board forms part of the transition for the two ICBs to operate as a cluster, following appointment of a joint Chair, Chief Executive, Executive team and Non‑Executive Directors.

NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB maintains its own Board, which holds responsibility for the governance and decision‑making of the organisation.

Further information about our transition to an ICB cluster is available on our NHS Changes page.
