The Finance, Performance and Quality Committee (FPQ) is established by NHS Gloucestershire ICB and NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB as a Committee of each Board in accordance with its individual Constitution.
These Terms of Reference (ToR) set out the membership, the remit, responsibilities and reporting arrangements of the Joint Committee and may only be changed with the approval of the Boards.
