What we do

Healthier Together is the name given to our Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care System (ICS).

Our ICS is made up of ten partner organisations, including the three Local Authorities in our area, NHS Trusts, NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board and community and General Practice providers.

The Health and Care Act formalised arrangements to ensure that ICSs became statutory entities in July 2022. This allows us to build on the successes of our partnership and accelerate progress on behalf of the people and communities we serve.

Together, we work to improve health and wellbeing, reduce inequalities, and provide integrated services for the one million people living in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
