    NHS Talking Therapies is a free and confidential service, open to adults aged 16-years and over. It offers practical therapies and support, which are proven to help people improve their mood and find ways to manage.

    NHS Talking Therapies can provide help at the earliest stage for anybody who is struggling with low mood or worry.

    NHS annual health check

    If you live with serious mental illness, you are entitled to a free NHS annual health check. Talk to your GP, key worker or mental health service to book it.
