NHS Talking Therapies is a free and confidential service, open to adults aged 16-years and over. They offer practical therapies and support, which are proven to help people to improve their mood and find ways to manage.
NHS Talking Therapies can provide help at the earliest stage, for anybody who is struggling with low mood or worry. You can self-refer by visiting the NHS website, or contact your GP surgery for help.
