NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB is a Disability Confident employer.

Through the Disability Confident scheme, we will be working with Job Centre Plus to:

• challenge attitudes towards disability
• increase understanding of disability
• remove barriers to disabled people and those with long-term health conditions in employment
• ensure that disabled people have the opportunities to fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations.

We will track the progress we make on the scheme through our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan.
