Population Health Intelligence Resource Portal

The Population Health Intelligence Resources Portal is a PowerBI Dashboard created by a small project team of analysts from various parts of the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care System, including Local Authority Public Health and ICB teams.

It brings together a wide range of population health intelligence resources from across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care System, all in one convenient place.

Our goal was to make it easier for all system partners to discover and access these valuable resources. Sometimes, important system-related work might not be available on a website, but it can still be helpful for partners to be aware of. This portal helps guide everyone to resources they might not have known about before, making collaboration smoother and more effective.

The resource portal includes reports, dashboards, briefings, mapping tools and other intelligence resources created and maintained by organisations across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire and national organisations, as long as information is available at a local level.

You can easily filter resources on the dashboard using buttons, choosing by geographical area, age groups, or topics to find just what you’re interested in.

Each resource comes with a brief description, details about when it was published or last updated, the geographical areas it covers, and the topics it includes.

If a resource is available to the public, you’ll find a link in the table. If not, you’ll see information on how to access it or who to contact for more details.

The portal is for anyone interested in Population Health across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, including those working in:

• VCSE Sector organisations

Add a resource to the portal

If you have a piece of work or a project that you’d like people to be aware of, you can add it to the resource log through the front page of the dashboard. The process is quick and easy and helps others to find valuable information and resources. You can also add a resource by completing our form.
