The Healthier Together Intelligence Centre is designed to revolutionise the use of data across our Integrated Care System (ICS) for managing and planning our services.
Currently, key operational and management data is held on different systems and in different formats across our organisations.
The Intelligence Centre aims to solve this by centralising data in a secure, user-friendly data portal for our health and care decision-makers in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. This will enable them to access, visualise, analyse, and export the de-identified data they need.
Through this data-driven collaboration, we will improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities.
We are developing a new Information Sharing Charter that sets the rules for safely sharing patient data. The Charter will ensure we can use data to make informed decisions about services without identifying individuals, for an agreed specific purpose whenever it’s needed.
