Plani ynë i Përbashkët Përpara u botua për herë të parë në qershor 2023 dhe përditësohet çdo vit për të marrë parasysh progresin që po bëhet, provat e reja dhe për të reflektuar udhëzimet e planifikimit të NHS-së.
This updated version continues to set out how our Integrated Care System (ICS) will:
- Deliver improvements in population health and wellbeing ambitions
- Reduce health inequalities
- Deliver high-quality services informed by system-wide intelligence
- Improve the efficiency and sustainability of services.
The plan continues to focus on key areas including support for children and young people, mental health, learning disabilities and autism, primary and community care, and acute services.

This summary includes a new section on trauma-informed approaches, which recognises the widespread impact of trauma and the importance of creating services that are compassionate and more equitable.
