Locality partnerships review
Një shqyrtim i pavarur që shqyrton rolin e partneriteteve lokale në Bristol, North Somerset dhe South Gloucestershire ka përfunduar dhe ka rezultuar në rekomandime të miratuara nga Bordi i Kujdesit të Integruar në shkurt.
In June 2024, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Partnership commissioned the independent review into the role of locality partnerships across the local area. The purpose was to understand the areas of focus for the six locality partnerships currently and provide recommendations on future direction.
A report summarising the review process, partner feedback and recommendations was presented to the Board, it recommends that localities should continue their development as central mechanisms for delivering integrated care to communities. It also highlights localities as playing a key role in delivery of the Strategjia e Sistemit të Kujdesit të Integruar dhe Më të Shëndetshëm Së Bashku 2040 plan, as well as the development of Neighbourhood Health and creation of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, which will bring together people and services to improve population health and wellbeing.
The review was jointly funded by NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board, Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council and South Gloucestershire Council.
